Château Bouscaut is a great Cru classified by Graves, labeled high environmental value since 2018. The vineyard is exposed to southern and benefits from a clay terroir on limestone base. This 2016 vintage is an assembly of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec. With a dark purple dress, he exhales beautiful aromas of black fruits underlined by a wooded note. Its loose and flexible palate evokes flavors of blackcurrant, currants and sweet spices. The long finish completes the tasting in all elegance. Serve this pessac-léognan in bottle or carafe to accompany red meat, poultry or game.
