This Bourgogne Aligoté from Domaine Taupenot-Merme comes from one hectare of thirty-year-old vines. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats, this 100% Aligoté is a white wine full of freshness and lightness. Its aromatic bouquet is dominated by lovely notes of fresh fruit, including pear, apple and white peach. Its lively and fresh attack gives way to tangy fruit, beautiful suppleness and pleasant minerality. Its fine, persistent finish will perfectly accompany an aperitif, a sheep’s cheese or a mushroom risotto.
