Description
It was in the early 1980s that Marlène Soria decided to abandon her career as a real estate agent in order to plant her first vines in her country house. Built with his own hands, his domain becomes over time one of the largest in Languedoc-Roussillon. Its cuvée Les cistes is also among the most sought after wines in the region. It is an assembly of Syrah and Grenache from a terroir of stony floors. Breeding is carried out in tank for almost 10 years. The result is a red wine exhaling aromas of smoke, humus, black olives and rum. Its fresh attack gives way to fine tannins, a velvety and fleshy texture and a length in the finals on the red fruits. Enjoy this exceptional cuvée on a square of lamb and its juice or a roasted clip with prunes.
