The Paris Distillery foraged the Jardin d’Acclimatation to gather botanicals and formulate a 100% Parisian Gin. A plant-based freshness and intensity, reminiscent of the garden, is evident. Hop leaves, raspberry sprouts, verbena, and fresh mint are detectable. Mixed with sparkling water or tonic, the profile expands: notes of fig leaves crushed between your fingers, young juniper shoots, and coriander emerge. A touch of lavender recalls Parisian perfumery.
