Description
Founded in the 17th century, Domaine Ballot-Millot is one of the historic estates of the Côte de Beaune. It is currently run by the fifteenth generation of the family, Charles Ballot. The twelve hectares of vines are cultivated naturally: no more chemical weed killers, the soils are now ploughed and treatments are limited. Typical of the appellation, this Meursault is distinguished by its aromas of honey, lime blossom, hazelnut butter and white flowers. It will pair wonderfully with refined dishes based on langoustine, marinated salmon or foie gras.
