Much more than a simple second wine, Le Clos du Marquis comes from the vines of Petit Clos and plots outside the Grand Enclos, where the estate’s grand vin originates. Benefiting from the same cultivation and vinification methods as its older sibling, it offers a successful balance between elegance and character. The finesse of the Saint-Julien terroirs can be found in its aromas of black fruits, blackberry and blueberry jam. Allow its tannins to bind to the substance after a few years in the cellar.
