Located in Gevrey-Chambertin, the Domaine Trapet is among the large figures of the Côte de Nuits. Under the direction of Jean-Louis Trapet, the vineyard covers 15 hectares of prestigious plots and various terroirs. This red marsannay is a 100 % Pinot Noir with a bright red dress whose garnet reflections reveal the freshness. Its aromatic profile delivers cherry and raspberry scents, floral shades, scents of small black berries and spice tips. Elegant and structured, this red burgundy combines fine tannins and a beautiful length in the mouth. Enjoy it on a cute net or a cheese tray made up of Meaux Brie and Cuttin de Chavignol.
