Description
Founded in 1999, Domaine Camu is located on the Vézelay hill. Its 14 hectares of Chardonnay, Melon de Bourgogne and Pinot Noir vines rest on a clay-limestone terroir, which is fully expressed thanks to low yields and traditional vinification. This Bourgogne Rouge is a single-varietal Pinot Noir that displays a limpid, brilliant and intense ruby-cherry colour. Its fresh and gourmand aromatic profile evokes notes of red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry. Its ample and mellow palate will perfectly accompany aperitifs, charcuterie and cheese platters, as well as white or red meats.
