Description
The Dom Pérignon Maison develops its champagnes only from grapes from large terroirs in the region. This Cuvée Fullité 2 honors 2006, marked by its contrasting climate. Between a scorching month, a particularly fresh and humid August, and a summer September, the grapes were able to reach an exceptional maturity. This second expression of fullness offers a second life in the 2006 vintage thanks to an aging of 17 years in the cellar. On the nose, the floral and mineral notes are accompanied by aromas of vine, Cédrat, Calisson and Moka. A saline touch and a pleasant bitterness in the mouth will give it perfectly to refined dishes.
