Jean-Baptiste Senate resumed the family estate in the early 2000s and made this property one of the big names in the Minervois appellation. A unique and authentic terroir surrounded by garrigue at the foot of the black mountain. This “La Nine” cuvée which means “La Petite”, “La Chérie” is one of its flagship and essential cuvées, produced in organic farming with organic practices. Here, it is the finesse, elegance and authenticity that take precedence.
