Description
This 2013 Blanc de Blancs from Ruinart is composed of Chardonnay from prestigious terroirs, harvested particularly late. Its intense golden yellow colour is adorned with silvery green highlights. On the nose, intense toasted aromas give way to nuances of citrus and exotic fruits. On the palate, crystalline freshness is accompanied by notes of citrus fruits, intense spices, and pepper. This champagne comes in a case made from natural wood fibres from sustainably managed forests. It echoes the crayères, the chalk galleries where the wine is aged under cork for ten years.
