Description
Château Haut Selve is the only estate to have been created from scratch in the Bordeaux region during the 20th century. This 2020 vintage celebrates the estate’s 25th red Graves wine harvest. Combining Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this garnet-robed wine blends notes of red berries, roasted aromas, and floral hints. On the palate, its delicate attack gives way to a dense, slightly woody structure accompanied by fine tannins. The tasting concludes with a menthol finish. Enjoy it with dishes of character, such as a wild boar terrine or a roast beef.
