Description

Dedicated entirely to red grape varieties, Château Haut-Bailly is located in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, in the heart of the Graves. It offers this Château Le Pape cuvée which, unlike the typical wines of the AOC, favours Merlot, combined with Cabernet Sauvignon. The resulting wine displays a superb deep colour. The complex aromatic palette evokes cherry, strawberry, liquorice, and white pepper. This wine, full of potential, offers a finely structured framework.
