Description
Located on the banks of the Gironde, Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is a family estate that has seen generations succeed one another since 1895. Using biodynamic practices since 2000, it has always showcased its terroirs, as evidenced by this 2021 vintage Côtes de Bordeaux Blaye. Combining Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, it is crafted through natural vinification, resulting in aromas of wild strawberry, blackcurrant, and spices. The fruit is present on the attack, combined with a rather tannic mid-palate and a finish marked by its finesse. Enjoy this Bordeaux red wine with Osso Buco or a cep mushroom risotto. It can be cellared for a few years.
