This Crémant dâAlsace is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Noir. Known for its great finesse, it has been aged in the cellars of Willy Gisselbrecht for many months. Dressed in a brilliant robe with golden reflections, it releases a superb freshness enhanced by fruity notes of white peach and green apple, as well as pistachio and spring flowers. Serve it during your exceptional moments, as an aperitif or with dessert. It can also be enjoyed with roasted white meats, poultry in sauce and mushroom dishes.
