Description
The Cuvée Domaine des Tourettes by the maison Delas Frères comes from a vineyard extending to three municipalities in the Drôme: Tain-l’Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage and Larnage. The floors consist of granitic arenas covered with micaschists and Gneiss. This Hermitage is a 100 % syrah whose harvest is carried out manually, terroir by terroir, all with optimal maturity. Traditional vinifications are followed by a breeding in an oak piece combining new barrels and a wine barrels. Result: a dark red wine combining black fruit, leather and spices. His firm and silky mouth is carried by tight tannins, a guarantee of a large guard wine.
