Description
The Tyrolean distillery Rochelt has created this “Der Inntaler” eau-de-vie, a unique blend of quinces, Williams pears and wild raspberries. It owes its name to the brand’s region of origin, the Inntal. The pears and quinces are grown, harvested and macerated in eastern Austria, while the wild raspberries come from the Carpathian forests. The fermentation of the fruit is carried out entirely naturally, without the use of yeasts, alcohol, sugar or flavourings.
