A blend created from a strong percentage of single malt from the Isle of Arran matured in second-fill sherry casks. Scottish poet Robert Burns comes from southern Scotland. It is in honour of this illustrious character, and singing the praises of this whisky, that the Arran distillery chose to give this name to its blend.
