Description
In the early 1980s, Marlène Soria decided to plant her first vines in her country house and abandon her career as a real estate agent. Her domain, which she built with her own hands, has won over time a reputation as a big name in Languedoc-Roussillon. Its Belle Léone cuvée, an assembly of Syrah and Mourvèdre, comes from a healing clay-limestone terroir. He spent almost 10 years in a tank with a quarter in lightning before being bottled. Result, a terracotta red dress and a Mediterranean bouquet on verbena and mint. We recommend that you carafe this red wine an hour before serving it on red meat or a cheese tray.
