Description
Originating from vineyards in the heart of Valdobbiadene, the birthplace of Prosecco, this cuvée by Nino Franco is produced exclusively from Glera grapes. Their must undergoes gentle pressing and cooling before fermenting in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Finally, the wine is aged for 30 months in the bottle. The result: a brilliant straw-yellow Prosecco Brut with an intense, persistent nose of apple and pear. On the palate, this fresh and fruity sparkling wine offers balanced acidity and fine bubbles.
