Description
Coming from a family of winegrowers, Emmanuel Fellot works with his wife Nadège and their three daughters. They cultivate their twenty hectares according to the principles of organic farming. Their Bourgogne Blanc is a 100% Chardonnay aged in Burgundy barrels on fine lees to give it richness, finesse and a light oakiness. Its aromatic bouquet is marked by aromas of citrus fruits, apple, as well as floral notes. Aromas that are found on the palate, combined with a beautiful acidity and a lovely minerality. Enjoy it with fish or poultry in cream sauce or a warm goat’s cheese salad.
