Description
Zoé Clà ssic is a white wine from the Pays dâOc produced by Maison Parcé Frères. It is made from 100% Viognier grapes grown in the clay-limestone soils of Minervois and harvested by hand. It is vinified traditionally with settling at the end of alcoholic fermentation. This white wine offers a fragrant bouquet of white flowers and apricot. It is a fresh and intense cuvée, best served chilled as an aperitif or with grilled fish.
