Description
Baron Alfred de Luze founded his house in 1820, now an emblematic figure in the Bordeaux wine trade. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is aged in French oak barrels for six months, during which regular tastings take place to monitor the wine. With a brilliant garnet colour and violet highlights, it offers a rich and fresh nose, combining ripe red fruits and vanilla notes. Its precise attack gives way to a powerful structure punctuated by spicy flavours. The well-integrated tannins are particularly present in the finish.
