Description
Created in 2009, the Gold range quickly became the signature of Minuty. Thanks to her, the three large terroirs in the estate (shales, clays and sands) are honored. All the grapes used in the development of the pink and gold cuvée come from the property and are harvested manually. Its bright aromatic profile is dominated by the fruit, ranging from white flesh to exotic fruits over the opening. Its fresh and salt palace will enhance the seafood plates, exotic kitchens, young cheeses or even sorbets.
