The cuvée The breath of the giant takes its name from the fresh air flows descending from Mont Ventoux, where the vines have made it possible to make this white wine. This assembly of Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc develops superb notes of white fruit, such as apricot, fishing and pear.
