Description
Château de Selle rosé comes from an 84-hectare vineyard combining gypsum, red clay, sandstone, gravel and stone soils. This organic Côtes de Provence is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah. Its pearly sand colour is brilliant and luminous. Complex and elegant, its aromatic bouquet is marked by aromas of white peach. On the palate, the tasting is balanced, between freshness and roundness. Its tender attack gains in power, before revealing flavours of summer fruits and a mineral touch. The saline and zesty finish will perfectly accompany sunny dishes.
