Description
This Saint-Joseph du Domaine Pierre Gaillard is a 100 % Syrah from vines over 20 years old. The harvests are carried out manually at full maturity, and a sorting is carried out at the vineyard if necessary. Breeding takes place in oak barrels without new wood for 15 months. The wine obtained delivers an aromatic bouquet that evokes notes of red fruits, with a touch of gingerbread. The frank attack gives way to a mouth very flexible. A red wine that will perfectly accompany a candied lamb mouse or a vegetable tagine.
