Description
Morogues by Domaine Pellé is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc made from vines averaging 25 years old. They come from seven plots located on the highest slopes of the appellation, benefiting from varied exposures. Pressing is carried out directly upon arrival at the winery, followed by settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing takes place on the lees, mostly in stainless steel tanks and the rest in wooden vats and barrels. The result is a white Menetou-Salon with a pure aromatic bouquet dominated by white flowers and citrus fruits. The crystalline palate recalls the citrus aromas before giving way to saline and mineral notes, typical of this terroir.
