Description
Matthias and Ãmile Roblin are the fourth generation to direct the Maimbray castle, located in the Loire valley. The 19 hectare vineyard is distributed between Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir on the Sancerre appellation. The red origin cuvée comes from grassy soil and worked in a cultural manner (plowing and binage). Its aromatic profile combines red fruits and violet, with a hint of pepper in the final. Flexible and light on the palate, this red Sancerre will be enjoyed on cold meats or pieces of meat with juice.
