Description
Domaine Guiberteau covers 14.5 hectares in the municipalities of Bizay, Brézé and Montreuil-Bellay. Planted in Chenin and Cabernet Franc, the vines are elderly up to sixty years, and the soils are worked and grassed. Its brézé white salumur is a 100 % white chenin with a golden yellow dress. Its intense bouquet mixes notes of white fruit, bergamot and hazelnut, with shades of white flowers in the second nose. Its fluid, fresh and fruity mouth will ideally accompany a saffron monkfish medallion or cow’s milk cheese with pressed dough.
