Description
Les Rouillères is the first plot planted by Frédéric and Nathalie Mabileau over 25 years ago. It is therefore with this cuvée that it all started for the domain. The Cabernet Franc comes from a terroir of sand and gravel deposited by the Loire. The berries are hand -raised, without the use of insecticide. The wine is raised for eight months in a tank to obtain a beautiful dark red dress. Its light nose is marked by ripe red berries and sweet spices. Its concentrated mouth will perfectly accompany lamb chops, a pot-au-feu or goat cheeses.
