Description
This Chablis of the Domaine du Chardonnay is a monoceeping from vines in hillsides, evolving on a clay-limestone basement. Alcoholic fermentation is checked and precedes breeding on lees in thermoregulated tank and oak barrels for 15 to 18 months. This white wine with a pale gold dress delivers scent of spray and citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit. Light and flexible on the palate, it will accompany a variety of dishes, such as frog thighs or cream poultry, without forgetting seafood.
