A few years ago, Nicolas Grosbois, a winemaker from Chinon, and Philippe Mesnier, a wine importer in Belgium, bought Domaine des Hauts Baigneux. Enjoying an exceptional terroir combining clay and flint, the estate produces superb organic wines.
