Description

This Les Traverses cuvée from Domaine de Courbissac is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. It is a Minervois red with a medium-deep ruby colour. Its aromatic profile evokes a beautiful minerality which gives way to notes of black fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, its supple texture is accompanied by ripe tannins. The finish is fresh and fruity. Enjoy it during your convivial moments around a platter of charcuterie and cheeses.
