Description
Born in Reims in 1776, the house of Champagne Louis Roederer is still led by the same family. Today in the hands of the seventh generation, the estate enjoys an exceptional vineyard made up only of large and first vintages. It is divided into 410 plots with various terroirs which reflect all the complexity of champagne. Created in 1876 for the Tsar of Russia, the Cristal Cuvée, here proposed under case, brings together 45 locals spread over seven great vintages. This assembly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sports a golden dress and a bubble of great finesse. On the nose, white flowers mix with very ripe lemon and yellow fruit notes, such as fishing and mirabelle. An iodized and powdery touch completes this bouquet. A champagne to taste throughout the meal, on gourmet dishes.
