Description
This elegant brut rosé champagne from Champagne Deutz is a blend composed mainly of Pinot Noir with a touch of Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir is partly vinified as red wine to give the wine structure and aromatic intensity. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, which preserves the freshness and elegance of the grapes. Extended ageing on lees produces a fine, persistent bubble. Its aromatic profile is distinguished by aromas of raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry, as well as floral and spicy notes. On the palate, the red fruit flavours are accompanied by a velvety texture and a persistent finish.
