In 1855, Château du Tertre was awarded the title of Fifth Classified Growth of the Margaux appellation. A true benchmark of the region, the estate offers its 2016 vintage, made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Grown on gravel and sandy soils, this blend is aged for 15 to 17 months in barrels, 50% of which are new. You will enjoy a powerful red wine with aromas of red fruits and mineral notes. A minerality that you will find again on the finish during the tasting.
