Description
The Château La Liquière is an area of ââ60 hectares which is distinguished by its fragmentation, with its more than 70 plots distributed in different municipalities. This cuvée Les Amandiers comes from the plot of the same name, planted over 40 years ago. Handed over manually and raised in tank, this organic white wine is an assembly of Roussanne, Grenache, Terret, Viognier, Bourboulenc and Marsanne. Its shiny yellow straw dress gives way to an expressive nose on white flowers, citrus fruits and white flesh fruits. This fresh and round wine will enhance grilled fish, crustaceans or cheeses.
