Distilled with barley from the Rockside farm in Islay, this cuvée du Bruichladdich Islay Barley was produced as gentle as possible. A true expression of the island’s terroir, it was distilled very slowly in order to best extract the oils and fats that barley contains. This whiskey was 50 %bottled, without cold filtering. It is distinguished by notes of honey, heather, yellow fruits and sweet spices.
